Misopedia... The cause: Minority oppression! Basically children mistreating and "bad mouthing" someone to the highest degree. Let's say, a grown man loved kids! He spent a big chunk of his life wishing and hoping to have kids of his own. One day some pre-teens roaming around the neighborhood late at night; decided to pull a nasty prank while everyone slept. They poured gasoline over his house and (front/back) yard. They set it on fire and ran away! The man manages to break free and suffered 3rd degree burns. Then he suddenly stopped liking children! He quits his daycare job and his elementary teaching job. His love towards the youth switches to hatred!!! Not in every single case; misopedia forms at an early age. It can overpower you when you're older as well, but for starlight it was both ways! Her misopedia developed before she became a grownup and once she finally reached adulthood; that is when the condition took full effect. Years after years; Carol Anne Renai Starr dealt with abuse that her family and the students at school put her under. They laughed at her, humiliated her, beat her until she was sore and bruised, tried to rape her, stole her school supplies, told lies about her, insulted her, and actually killed her. Thank goodness she came back!
Antisexual.... Religious reasons perhaps or either for some of the same causes of genophobia! Sometimes when sex is forced on a person; the victim may feel angry and helpless because there was nothing they could do to stop it and allowed it to happen.
Tokophobia has several causes!
* Death: Childbirth is not easy and it doesn't feel wonderful! Thousands of woman have died due to complications. A lot of girls with tokophobia are worried they might not survive the pain or the pressure of giving birth! *
* Losing control of bodily functions: When a woman is pregnant her body and her mind goes through crazy changes and there's nothing she can do about it! Fear of the unknown!!!!
*Guilt Trip: The world is a cruel chaotic place. Some women don't want to reproduce because they fear for the baby's life. They don't want their daughter or son to suffer! Maybe she herself had horrible past experiences that damaged her in some way and she doesn't want to see an innocent soul go through the same crap she encountered.
*Health: It's not guaranteed to any soon to be parent that their child will not have any defects. Some moms worry that something will be wrong with their baby. They might not come here 100 percent well.
Pedophobia.... This is a tricky one; since there are two definitions to it!

Allowing history to happen all over again is the major cause of the fear of taking care of babies and kids! Parents oftenly follow the footsteps of their own parents. They repeat the same torture that their mom and dad took them through while they were young and sometimes the anger from the abuse doesn't always heal. They hold it inside until they have kids and then they take it out on them, just to blow off stem.
Or maybe a person doesn't feel confident that they know what they're doing. This could be another reason why someone would be scared of taking care of kids. Being a parent is a tough job! You gotta have strength, patience, understanding, money to provide things your baby will need, and be a good role model. It's a lot of work.
But in regards to number one... The fear of children themself has a lot to do with the cause of misopedia! A person could grow up fearing young people; if they were bullied by kids when they were a kid for a long time and they never had a good loyal friend who was nice to them. Or if kids have done something bad to you while you are older.
Here's a second example: A woman babysits occasionally for a particular family that she knows but the oldest son out of the children who happens to be 13; has a crush on her! He starts coming on to her in a sexual manner when the parents are not at home. But every time she tells him to stop and walk away! So the boy gets mad and lies to his parents... He says that she molested him and then she gets in trouble over his lies.
